L'Échappée belle continues the legacy of the "Chocolaterie belge Muriel", perpetuating know-how passed down by a Belgian master chocolatier. Our pralines have proven themselves for over twenty years; they are rich, melt-in-your-mouth, and decidedly indulgent.

We also create chocolate creations that celebrate local flavors — wild blueberry, tangy sea buckthorn, amber maple syrup or fir honey.
